[Resolved] Idea Cellular — idea cellular outgoing calls and data service | |||
My mobile number '[protected]' and account number with airtel was '[protected]', against which the payment has been done. Payment receipt has been sent to 'welcomesupport. [protected]@idea. Adityabirla.com' two days back. My same ported number with idea has been barred for out going calls and data services since last two days. I have informed at idea customer care more than 10 times, but no action has been taken as yet. Idea customer care executive is neither connecting to senior nor registering complaint. On 10 the feb 18, I got few small & emails that my Vodafone number [protected] has been successfully ported at 11.30 pm. Post that my old sim of Vodafone & idea new sim is not working. N when I call on my number it say service are not available temporarily. Kindly look into this on urgent basis.
