Dear Sir, This is very shocking for me to hear that it has been more than 16 days that my sim has not been ported from BSNL to IDEA, I Cannot even advice anyone to Swith to Idea like worst company i had ever seen and experienced, customers care are like hell. just keeping Abhishek Bachhan as brand ambassador doesnt make your company a good one, for that you need to value the customers which your company doesnt know. and moeover for proper learning you can go to the customers care like VODAFONE & AIRTEL, their you will get to know that you are like nothing in this world, sorry for language used but it was out of my temper as its more then 18 days. i have ger formalities done from the AMBAVADI STORE, AHMEDABAD.MY NUMBER IS [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
