IFFCO Tokio General Insurance — incorrect name of insured in health care insurance policy | |||
My name is Prabhat Agarwal, my Mobile number is [protected] & Email is : [protected]@gmail.com. I have a Iffco Tokio Health Insurance Policy whose number is 52695118 but the problem is that the insureds name given is Mukesh Agarwal instead of Prabhat Agarwal while in same policy last year the insureds name was correctly mentioned as Prabhat Agarwal, my previous years policy number was 52553072. I renewed my iffico tokio health insurance 4 th time, but they have not provide me cashless card, they send me copy of health insurance, but card was not inside, i request to provide me cashless card of my health insurance
