IFFCO Tokio General Insurance — Veh theft in 30 june 2014 claim not given

Sir my veh Regt No HR 36k 3039 and my policy no[protected]. The above veh was stolen from Delhi on 30 june 2014. All the policy/veh/ FIR related document was submitted to the Iffco Tokio coy. COY demand various document time to time and I provide all document as soon as possible. In the end of Feb 16 coy demand another document "sampuran pattravali" which i received from Delhi court on 12 may 16. And on 13 may 16 the document was speed post to Iffco Tokio Gen Insurance coy ltd, AFL House, 2nd floor Lok Bharti complex, Marol maroshi road Andheri(E) Mumbai -400059. The coy told me that the document we not received. I try to trace it and i found that document was deleivered on 16may 2016. Kindly help me I am very frustrate. My fininace condition is very poor.
