INB Avenues India Pvt Ltd — Payment deducted from bank but not received by mseb mumbai | |||
Money not reaching the intended destination and lost to Avenues Pvt Ltd on way. While I was doing an electricity bill payment from the mobikwik portal I made a payment through netbanking of State Bank of India, which was immediately communicated to me through SMS: In the account statement of my SBI account it shows as follows: 12Jan16 : CCADA2YAD116IG0BHGSEC7 TRANSFER TO 4 Amount: 360/- This however has not resulted in the payment having reached MSEB Mumbai and subsequent issue of any bill. Payment was not acknowledged by them at all. This has never happened earlier as I have been buying numerous bills from them through netbanking of State Bank of India. This is obviously a software glitch of the payment Gateway causing my money to be lost to Avenues Pvt Limited. It is therefore required that INB Avenues Pvt Ltd immediately refund the money to my State Bank Account and inform the same to me. Also, 19-Jan-2016 Rs.50 deducted and TRANSFER TO INB Avenues India Pvt. Ltd Ref No. is CCADA1YVW569IG0BIJEHX1 TRANSFER TO 4. I did not made any online transactions then how it deducted my amount, what is the reason behind this. Please refund my money back.
