This has been pathetic experience for me being promised to get refund from this so-called cheat company. I have all mail communication to provide refund but I didn't receive till date which has been extreme frustrating time for me. [protected][protected][protected]---- support 7/15/14 to me Greetings of the Day !!! This email is regarding the refund of your order. This is to inform you that due to some technical/gateway issues, we will not able to proceed the refund from our end via same gateway and the payment could not be refunded via cheque/cash as you paid it online. The refund can only be possible in the time duration of 1-1.5 month as it is the time frame given from them for the whole issue to be sorted out. Kindly wait till that time.
