India Times — Manufacturing Defect Replacement/Cancel | |||
I have order Samsung Galaxy Grand Duos 19082 with India Times Shopping with Order No:[protected] on 8th October 2013.Same has been received on 12th October 2013 and when I open product i found that I got defective handset which have been shown to Samsung service center and Service center issued me a DOA letter.Without wasting time I intimated to the India Times shopping about concerned issue.They have given me Case Id:1122635 and said that within 2-3 days product has been reversed pickup by them, I am continuously following with India Times personnel but all goes in vain.Still no reverse pickup has been done.I need smart phone on urgency as my all work got held up.Please intervene or help me so that I get replace mobile which is, nt defected Thanks a Lot!! go to consumer court and file a suit against india times shopping. these people keep on advertising about fair deal n this is their fair deal. india is an easy country to prey.

filing a case isnt the hard part, but i have learned that there isnt any clear guidlines as to where your case would be taken up. for that you have to convince the consumer court that the cause of action took place in the place where you live otherwise it would be treated just like any other normal case and would be asked to file the complaint where the registered office of indiatimes shopping is situated.but never give up and talk to your lawyer cause you hard earned money does matters. for further reference http://info.akosha.com/consumer-complaints/consumer-protection/where-do-i-file-m...⇄
