I am travelling on NH-44. At one of your dealerships KALYAN FILLING STATION, KOHAND we stopped for using the Washrooms. The washrooms are the dirtiest ones and stinking. Men are using the Ladies washrooms and above all there is no lock inside the washroom door.

Sir IOCL is a fortune 500 company and this all puts a blot on the image of IOCL. Look into the matter and do reply after checking all this....

I have booked cylinder on 5th of December 2020 and not Received till now(16th December 2020). I have already requested in companies online platform on 12th December. I have requested distributor on 14th December and they assured to deliver on 14th December.

This is to complaint against mis behaviour of gas agency staff at palakkad, koppam junction
1 sir I enquired whether agency change is possible, he replied arrogantly and said not possible.
2.He argued indecently and mis behaved, he said at present not possible, I don't know he is not aware of rules
3.whether provision is available for agency change?...

Respected Sir/madam

Recently my LPG gas connection was suspended without any reason. I want to know the reason why they suspended my connection. When I asked them, they did not give any proper answer. Its been around 30 days now.

My both cylinder are empty now and I want to refill. I can not refill till my account get Active.

Please help me, its kind of a mental torture to me and urgent to prepare...

No fuel (petrol) is get filled in our car against Rs.500. The fuel gauge remains on same as before getting the fuel. Informed to boys at nozzle but they are saying that we had filled the fuel & we don't know about where it goes. Please look into the matter as it's not only matter of my 500 rupees but also very bad mouth of words for IOCL also. It will bring to lose our faith on IOCL.

My indane (lpg) gas consumer id is [protected] and my distributor is Muthumani gas agency Tiruchirappalli.
On December 1, 2020 I ordered one gas cylinder refill with booking no:
[protected] . I have not yet received the cylinder whereas online it's showing as delivered.
I don't understand why the discrepancy.
Kindly help me in this regard.
