Indian Postal Service — not delivery of parcel

Sir... I purchase bedsheets from Naaptol but item was not upto standard then we send same item through parcel vide CT[protected]IN on same address from it was deliver as : M/s Naaptol Online Shopping Pvt Ltd.; S.No.-85 ; village- GundlapochampallyMandal Medchal ; Dist : Rangareddy ; Andhra Pradesh -500014 on 18/11/14 but item is not deliver till todate. I complaint Head post office Tirunelveli vide ack[protected] dated 06/01/15 but there after no response . when i call him he told that not action taken by high authority . what i do Sir...because parcel value was 3000/- Rs...plz advice me Sir...
