Indian Railways — regarding refund of cancelled tickets | |||
This brings to your kind concern that i have done the ticket for the journey from bilaspur to bhopal (Pnr no. [protected]) and bhopal to bilaspur (Pnr no.[protected]). I paid the fair through debit card of central bank of india. As i have canceled my journey on dated 21/12/17 due to some circumstances and canceled my ticket. Now i want my money to be refunded in my account. As i am having an account on central bank of india, sadar bazar raipur for transferring the amount. I complained to railway inquiry via twitter, but they said amount has been transferred to cbi, sadar bazar, raipur and at the bank, i asked all about this to mr. Amitabh anand, sr. Manager, sadar bazar, raipur. He said no amount received from the railway. Now i am attaching printouts of all discussion with railway and bank, reference number given by irctc from enquiring cell along with this application.
