Indian Value Card — Fraud indian value card

There is a fraud going on in india with the name of citi bank, icici bank, idbi bank. Who is providing personal loan at 3% to 5% rate of interest against indian value card membership.
They commited me to providing personal loan o[censored]pto rs. 10 lacs. Which will be disbursed within 3 - 4 working days.
Based on representative mr. Siddhant ([protected] / [protected]) , mr. Manish ([protected] / [protected]) , ms. Priya ([protected]) , mr. Shubham ([protected]) demanded money from me.
I had given cheque of rs. 100000 as a security deposit
I had given cheque of rs. 25000 as a tds
I had given cheque of rs. 10000 as a noc
Total rs. 135000 i have paid by cheque in favour of city value card.
Still they are asking for rs. 25000 in favour of india value card as a fund transaction charges. And saying that this will be added in loan amount for compensation purpose.
So i got suspicious about this and i searched in google. I found that this is a fraud scheme. Many people have been deceived.
I also talked to these people. So finally i had to applied for refund. Their phone numbers are not in service now.
Delhi uttam nagar office has been closed now.
