I hold IDFC bonds Reg Folio No IDB0378189. The bond has matured on Feb 21, 21 and I've mailed them the signed physical bonds along with all the supporting documents. But after a month, I haven't received any status update on maturity amount. They haven't replied to my emails. I'm worried about the amount. Others have received the DD without submitting the bonds....

What is the process of getting the IDFC bond redemption. I had purchased 4 bonds IDFC long term infrastructure bond Tranche 3 @ Rs.5000/- per bond in 2011.

Send numerous mails with cancelled cheque, PAN card & bond but not send the payment. Aviral courier is non existant. All their toll free nos and other nos are always line busy.fake fake and fake in all respects.
What SEBI AND RBI DOING .they have sent a link for updating bank details and PAN card details where the server os always downbr...

They have sent a link to update banl account and PAN card details but server is down for this link. Fake in all respects

I Sudipta Adhikari purchased 04 Long term infrastructure bond tranche 2 on 2011. The folio no of these bonds is IDB0391152. These bonds have been matured on 21/02/2021. But till today on 16/03/2021 I don't have received the maturity amount. Now I request you to take necessary action....

It seems 25 days left on dispatch.

My bonds matured on 24th Feb 2021 and I am continuously calling your helpline. BUt no use. They keep saying they have sent the draft through aviral but I never get anything.
Picture of my bond is attached. These belong to my 75 years old mother who is dependent on this saving of hers and its a trauma to her that she is being cheated....

Dear IDFC Infra Bond Holders -

I am also facing the issue with the redemption of IDFC Infra bonds which got matured on 21st Feb but no intimation/help received by IDFC, Kfin Tech or Arival Logistics.

Please inform here if someone has received the payment by making some efforts.

Else please start raising the complaint with SEBI as well.

The bond maturity was on February 21, 2021 however today is 16th March, 2021 and after multiple emails/calls and follow ups I have neither received a single reply from them nor able to receive my bond maturity value.

Kindly look into the matter so I can receive the maturity value now as soon as possible. IDFC has turned its deaf ears and not doing anything....

I was thinking that maturity amount will credit in my bank account, as I have not received any communication from IDFC or assigned TP. I have two portfolios one in my name and other in my wife's name, which are up for redemption, however, I have not received any communication regarding the same from either IDFC bank or KFIN.

I have not received the redemption warrant against folio no IDBO 313816 till date. I had received one message on my mobile number [protected] on 12.03.21that it will be delivered through Aviral courier reference number [protected]. On tracking number it said to be delivered on 08.3.21.
I had not received any warrant till. I had contacted kfintech kolkata also but no response yet.
Kindly look into the matter and arrange for delivery....

I have received a DD from IDFC bank against the maturity of bonds but the DD is in my brother name who has expired more than a year ago

Now I want to contact IDFC but cannot get through any phone numbers available on internet and emails sent to all email addrsses available on internet are also coming back

Eventhough I am not received any intimation I myself got the information from one of my colleague and forwarded the details on time before due date. But I am also getting mails saying that you have not submitted the details on time.
However I got a mail saying that your money has already credited, but I checked my account and also the banker, not received payment till date. I am asking for the details o[censored]tr no and others, the same...
