[Resolved]  Airtel / 3G Data Card / USB Modem — Activation of 3G airtel data card IMEI [protected] & sim no.[protected]

Dear sir / Madam,

Sub :- Activation of 3G airtel data card IMEI [protected] & sim no.[protected], Mobile number 3F

This is to bring to your kind notice that I purchased Air tel 3G data card from Air tel 3G data card for cost of 1000Rs/-. I was told that it will be activated within 4 working days. Till now it is not activated even after 4 weeks completed.

last Sunday Air tel person came to my home for house address verification. After 2 days, I got Call from Air tel customer care and enquired about billing address and they said that it will be activated within 15 minutes. Now 24 hours passed but it is not activated.

when i tried to connect internet i was getting a message "Cannot Connect Before Register an Available Network "

I called customer care. But no use. I do not know what is my mobile number for 3G airtel data card IMEI [protected] & sim no.[protected], Mobile number 3F


I am upset about Air tel services.

the person who sold it to me came to my home and gave new 3G Data card. now it is working with it.
