I have ordered for a dongle in airtel site on 8/10/13. Next day I got call from providers telling they are from airtel and lady named "Shilpa" with no. [protected] told they will deliver dongle on Thursday before 7. I have waited and around 7 i called back she asked for applogys and told I will get on Friday before 1. Somehow I got it on around 2.30. I got dongle and as per my plan 3g postpaid rep. gave sim. Shilpa called again and told Saturday I will get verification and get activated in evening. Saturday one guy came to home around noon and did verification. After that I am calling shilpa for the 10 digit no she is not picking call. next three days her phone was off. On Tuesday i called her not picking. Entire day I called her and some how she picked call and told will give 10 digit no. but no luck. No more response. Wednesday I called her again not picked. But after a long she messaged with 10 digit no([protected]). I called airtel custm care for activating. They told details not yet submitted. I called back she never picks. I called touch Point service no [protected] and one lady Radha was told she is from admin section . She will get back. She told that sim was blocked and she made request to head and 100% it will get activated before 8clock. Is it good to provide a customer with blocked sim and not supporting or even answering the call. No luck that day also not activated. Today I called her she is telling within 3clock it will get activated. But no luck. Airtel customer care telling same reason to submit data and get back with touch point services.
I am asking to get refund. Radha is telling she dont know the reason why it is like this.If other sim if provided all verification process has to be done again. Why to get into trouble with them again. so told to refund. Radha told she will send people to tomorrow
Touch point customer support service is too bad and horrible. They are very apt to get money and after that no support. I have wasted my 4 days wasting calling them, Please take necessary action so that no body should not get in to this trouble further. I am not sure they will refund me back. It is so horrible to waste time like this. They should have at-least respond back with updates no?? Was this information helpful? |
