[Resolved]  Airtel mobile Data services — Erratic Billing and Frequent Interruption of Services

I am a user of Airtel Mobile data service. initially I was using the package of Rs. 59 for 1024 MB data. The services were blocked on 12 Feb 2013 and I was asked to pay Rs.2443 despite my bill plan.I still paid Rs 4500 towards the bill and after repeated calls at 121, the plan was changed to unlimited plan at Rs. 149 per month. the data service was started only to be barred again after few hours with a SMS asking me to deposit Rs. 7565 towards Internet usage. Repeated contacts at 121, I was told to ignore the message as I had unlimited data usage plan. However, The data connection was again not available for 4 days. It was again told to me that I have already deposited excess amount and the data service would be restored in 4 hours. I was surely restored only to be blocked again after few hours. Repeated calls at 121 were futile as the cust care executive expressed her inability to help.
The data service of this erratic nature and huge billings despite a plan on board definitely amounts to GROSS DEFICIENCY IN SERVICE not taking into consideration the losses due to lack of data connectivity for days together.

Airtel — Eratic service

I am using a prepaid service of Airtel network in Mumbai since last two years.
On 5th November 2008, I went to Bangalore.I made two or three calls till 6th afternoon.But after that whichever calls made.The person on other side could not hear me, however I could hear from the other side.Every time the charges were deducted.The problem persisted till I returned to Mumbai on 8th November 2008.
I would like to know what was wrong and why the call was charged when it was useless call.
I want the reimbursement for all those useless calls.
Can any body help me to get my hard earned money?

Airtel Mobile Service — Billing

Hi,

This is Chandra Chikkanna, i have applied H 17- 199 CUG Connections [protected] with airtel on dated December/08, Now without billing they asking payment of Rs 3000/-.almost i am used CUG Nos only and STD, now due to this reason my no got deactivated by airtel, i am asking the bill since 02 nd feb/2009, over the mail and throu Cutomer Care & SMS, message coming bill is not available, .kindly help me to get the activation and bill for the month of Feb/2009.
