[Resolved]  Netconnect. Broadbandsignrelianceada.com. — not cancelled my net connection

Dear sir,i had requested to customer care to cancel my net connection [protected] in october month and i had paid amount.then they send email..i.e (With i had requested to customer care[protected] registered for your Reliance Net connect+ number [protected]. we have verified & checked in our systems and came to a conclusion that you have been billed correctly for the billing period[protected] to[protected].) i had clearly told to cancel my net connection. again i had requested to customer care on 08/10/2012 service request no. is[protected] & .promises to be resolved in 15 days .after month they send a bill of amount 107,says that procedure of cancellation has taken time,so they charged me for 12 days.after i had paid amount 107 & given assurance my account will be cancelled. third time i had requested to customer care on 16/12/2012 service request no. is[protected] & promises to be resolved in 15 days fourth time i had received bill 100,( january ) saying that net connection is on safe custody .i told my complaint of cancellation to reliance web ,at club road hubli & they also send request to head office till 3 times but no result till today ? my name is kamala rajpurohit and mobile no. is [protected]

Reliance Broadband Internet Service — net not connected

dear sir i am making complaints from 17th this month my complaint no[protected])[protected])74694099 this is todays complaints till the time no body reply me few days befor private persons from reliance communication came they first said antenna provided is old need to be change in asking to whether to change antenna what is their intension i dont know then after they said your computer lan card is not working while cunsulting engineer he told me that lan card is OK i make above complaints but no body came to solve my problem is it takes 7 days to rectify the problem months is running fast and at the end your bill will reach to me without any utilization reliance itself is a private but working like government as some suggestion from reliance comm came to use some other private persons to rectify the problem and pay them for new antenna and their charges hope for the best at earliest if not then please take out your OLD PROBLEMATIC ANTENNA of NEW connection i will bear my losses and learnt from experiencethank you

Reliance Broadband — didn't receive cancellation acknowledge

I asked to disconnect My broadband connction of account no:[protected] and i paid the bill and the receipt nois s[protected]. But till now i didn't get any cal wheather my connection is dissconnected or not...and i didn't get any acknowledgement...

Broadband service — when my broadband service acivate

i apply broadband connection for last three months.but it is matter to sorrow you dept. not activate my broadband service.please tell when broadband service for my no.is activated.my phone no.is [protected]

Broadband service — cancellation of registration

I've registered online for installation of New Broadband services at my present address against my telephone no.[protected].One of executive has come and take signature in the prescribed form and assured that Connection will be given within 03 days, but already 08 days have been passed but no such connection has been installed against this telephone number. So I have decided to cancell my registrtion. Hope you will take necessary steps to cancell my registration at your end.

My name is Bipendra sharma i want to lodge complain against reliance communication
i disconnected my mobile broadband service on 16/6/2009 . i went to reliance outlet at chembur 11060 and disconnected the service.
that person disconnected the service also took the final payment. i got case id for disconnection thats[protected] also he informed that i will not receive anymore bills from reliance. I have received 2 bills after that aug and sept .now i am getting calls and
letters from collection agencies so can you pls help.

i call to customer care but they not give me any response regarding my comp lent web page not open that is not my problem i will pay tomorrow 30/04/2013 i not able to pay any fine for u Min's extra 100 rs if have any problem i will disconnect your Internet

Dear sir my name is mahita and my modem number is [protected] my complaint is that I have calls customer care and said to terminate modem but they said that they will Chang my plan to 1GB I thought that they changed my plan again I called the customer service they said that my plan didn't changed I stood using my net thought that if I use more there may be extra charges for the usage again I called the service when I thought that it is in the 550 plan it changed to 1GB plan I used 800 rs after the usage they informed me this is not the corrects way if the plan has changed U have to inform us i[censored] don't U have to inform me after the usage of 250rs it is very difficult to call again and again to the service
I want the reason why you are not informing about the changes or limits i[censored] inform me I won't use that much of data I want the solution for my problem

sir, i have netconnect+ broadband service of your company. my netconnect+ no. is [protected] and that no. belongs to ernakulam, kerala. in the month of march i applied at Thoppumpady service center to put my no in safe custody and paid the required fees. when after one month i applied to resume the services of my no. then the service center took more than the expected time (15 days approx.) before starting my services i found that the center had not applied my no for safe custody and due to that the bill of the Apr month generated that cost amount Rs 445. they requested to me to pay the bill and in compensation of their fault they will provide me 2 GB data free for three months. i accepted and paid the bill. due to service requirement i had to come another town now the center is not responding my phone calls nor they have put any action to activate that plan also when they are receiving the calls talk rudely. your customer care center is telling that they haven't got any data to sort out my problem. service center is telling me to send the mail myself while customer care is telling that is not possible by me. now bill is generating every month and due to the fault of Mr Jubin (employee at Thoppumpaddy branch) and Branch Manger Ayippen i am the only sufferer. please take action immediately so that i can be protected from unnecessary bills. thanks
