The team of Jeevansathi.com has deleted my account ZVWT8441 without any reason.
I have bought 6 months membership plan on it. How can they eat all my money like this. They should provide me a valid reason for deleting my account.
I request you to take strict action against these fraudsters as they are sitting just to earn money and play with the emotions of the people....

This Jeevansathi platform is big fraud, they are duping customers by first asking them to take membership on their platform and then they delete your account without giving any justification. I paid for 3 months membership and after a month, I received a mail that My account is deleted due to violence of terms and conditions. They have not mentioned even one reason what I violated. My id has been removed from jeevansathi while i have provide all details which i have submitted earlier when we had taken plan, now as per jeevansathi team he is saying that violation issue thats why he has removed my id, while i have provided all thing but still he is not able to provide us due to DOB mismatch while in may month same thing happenend so i have called to customer care & then i have received my id after few days, now same thing...

Cotacted customer care on July 19 and today ie.july 21 . Assured redressal of complaint immediately...

I'm a paid member, still my services are suspended. I have submitted my documents but in spite of that no one bothered to restore my services. I requested for a call back, but Noone called me back

Above profile is deleted without any prior intimation.
We have got a notification on the application to submit PAN card/ Driving license which was done on the same day.

My eAdvantage profile XSTY3941 (paid for 6 months) was active until July 2nd. They removed my profile suddenly without informing me or my consent. Before that, they had asked me to provide them documents for verifying my identity which I had provided.

When I called the customer support, their answer was "since you created multiple profiles, we have deleted your profile and the paid amount cannot be refunded"

I got the mail mentioned my profile got deleted from the website jeevansaathi but there's no explanation except they take my money for premium membership and profile also deleted..

Kindly do the needful and let me know the exact reason if I'm eligible for this kind of action

I got a mail that my profile from Jeevan saathi got deleted due to t/c and if I think it's an error than kindly contact the [protected]@jeevansaathi and from how many days I'm trying to reach but no use .. and also I don't even know anything about ..

I got the membership paid the amount maybe 5 or days I used and this thing has happened..

Jeevansaathi team kindly solve this problem and let me know what is this all...

Jeevansathi suspended paid premium service profile ID:XRRX0759 within a 2 weeks of subscription without any reasons nd notice. Tried to reach out with their help email, no response. And try to reach out they provided contact number. NO one picking call. Requesting proper communication and resolve the issue at the earliest.

This is regarding Aadvik kumar. He is making fake profiles on jeevan saathi matrimonial site and trying to trap innocent girls. I have seen that someone else has lodge a complaint here about him on 4th January 2021 (some Mrigakshi) that he took INR 20 lakh from them and I have also noticed email from jeevanSaathi that they have blocked his profile. Then how can he again open a new profile with the same name and same story and again trying...

I had filed earlier complaint regarding suspension of account without prior notice. Also when I asked for the information they gave me the reason I have 11 profiles . First of all it's not 11 profile it's just that I created my profile 11 times when the earlier one was deleted by me . I bought the plan but after a month I got an email that my id is being deleted also my number was blocked . He said that he got call from your customer care and requested to use that ID to someone because he activated 6 month package. but till it shows his details only in web.

Today I saw one I'D, who put my personnel picture from on Jeevan sathi profile . I am british citizen, this is leak of my privacy . Please handle this situation .
