JP Associates — NON RECEIPT OF FD MATURITY AMOUNT FROM JP ASSOCIATES

Dear sir, my FD (FDR:[protected] with JP Associates, with a maturity amount of Rs.726, 100 (Seven Lacs Twenty Six Thousand One Hundred) matured on 13.03.2015, however, I have not received the maturity cheque. I have tried multiple times to reach them over the phone, but nobody answers. I had sent them the signed FDR (original) via Speed Post in February second week, however, there is no intimation whatsoever from them. I also tried to reach Mr. Mahesh Jindal (FD Dept. Head), however no response. Kindly look into this matter and help me to get my maturity amount. Michelle.
