Faced 2-3 times, the drivers are very rude... They reach some other place and show driver arrived but when we call and say about waiting charges they behave rudely and blame us for the location. 2 times my fare was more compared to the before one (for the same route) when we talk to the support team they just give us km details and say waiting or traffic may cause more charge even when that isn't the case. If we cancel the ride for the misbehavior or driver issues, they charge amount for cancellation of ride. Was this information helpful? |
