I am a member of Jukaso journeys ( Mem ID: 86374) since 3 years and purchased this membership for 10 years. I have never get any booking from them. Every time they provided same reason not available. When I contacted similar hotel directly then that hotel had vacant rooms but seems Jukaso is not allowing to book rooms.

I am fed up now and need my membership fees back, as never utilized.

Jukaso is a fraud company who have done scam with many people.in one year i am not able to book any of its property. While when we call the customer care for booking they told us to drop the email. Many members complaints that, now the company not providing any services, and also not giving refunds to members etc. Even they are not picking phone of the us. Which is not a good sign. It's very disappointing to say that it's almost 2 and half yrs and i am not even able to avail single service from jukaso which was committed to me during taking the package, it's really defaming the hospitality industry, we as a consumer believe on jukaso and paid 82000. We paid 40000 inr in june 2018. Since then we have been asking them to give back our money and refund the amount.
Our membership never got activated since it was given on wrong commitments.
We got a cheque also for the refund amount which got bounced. The manager ashish at the gurgaon office has told us to go legal and he cannot help us..
We have been duped by these people....

It has been more than two years i could not able to book any zukaso deal. and i did not get my gift of three return air tkt also. anytime when i call for booking they dont have hotels. so kindly cacel my membership and refund all my paid amount as i have not been able to to book any hotel in the two years period.
