Kathleen Confectioners — Behaviour of the staffs very poor

Hi Team,
This is to inform you that just now I faced an issue while visiting ur Kathleen Outlet at Cc2 Newtown Kolkata, the staffs present there are very rude, ignorant and bad mannered, they don’t know how to behave with customers, this is not the first time it’s regular issue, since 3yrs am seeing this, they also don’t take UPI or Card transactions though their is QR code pasted infront of the outlet. Though I have cash I denied to take service from this outlet due to their I’ll behaviour.
Please look into the matter and this should not be done next time, they should be well mannered, otherwise it is a very Poor thing to service such a brand in this Popular Mall City Centre 2.
