I had bought two items of savouries from 'kathleen confectioners' located at 39a/2 prince gholam mohammad shah road, kolkata-700095. One was a cheese puff, and the other a bbq chicken basket. While eating the bbq chicken basket, i had found a couple of jute strings inside it. And this confectionery brand doesn't have any sort of website or facebook page, where i can lodge a complaint. I have already complained about this issue to the national comsumer helpline. And my complaint number is 719575.
