Here is my experience.. PLEASE READ THIS Ref Id: Kaun/135502 This all thing started about an year ago.. I have ordered a Samsung Galaxy Express from KAUNSA on 17/06/2013. After waiting for a long time I realised that I have been cheated. So I contacted the customer care. They said that the product which I have ordered does not have the actual price and it got an updation from the technical department, so they are unable to provide the product on such price, instead of that they offered me a cash voucher of the same amount which I had paid. The customer care executive promised me to give the cash voucher code. I waited and waited but no code, no voucher. Then after a long time I again called the customer care and said the problem. Then I got the voucher code in my email. I was a bit happy but it didn't last for long. Because the voucher sent to me was not working. it shows INVALID VOUCHER. After so much of struggle I ordered 2 items (mobile and a headset) using the voucher. But that was also not delivered. Then I asked for refund but the executive promised me to deliver a NOKIA Lumia 520 (with in 4-7 days) instead of the cash I have paid and the balance amount will be refunded to my account back. After waiting for a long time. I released that I have been cheated again. Again I requested to refund my cash. Last month I received a call form their side saying, My refund process is in progress and I will get my cash with in a week. I didn't received any refunds in my account. I was eagerly waiting to get the refund and checked my account everyday. Till now I didn't received any money in my account. No refund has been received yet. This whole thing is happening for an year. I lost thousands. And many others are cheated every day. Was this information helpful? | |||

THIS IS A FALSE INFORMATION
KAUNSA did not refund my money. I contacted them for a 1000 times both through phone and emails. They are saying that they refunded the amount in my account on 30th of April. But that is a FALSE INFORMATION. Such refund was never received in my account. When I asked for the details of transaction, they are not willing to provide any information. I raised 100's of complaint in there email but not even get any single reply from their side. When ever I call to the customer care they said me to wait for 24 hours and they will call me back with solution (BIG CHEATING). They won't call back. They want customers to wait like .
