Kent RO — Defective product | |
Dear Sir / Madam, I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Consumer Electronics The issue that I have experienced was: This is a water purifier of Kent, product name Kent supreme 2020, product-11111.i made the purchase on[protected] & the installation date is[protected]. From the time of installation the device is continuously creating some or other type of issue every 3, 4 weeks. Now the product is in warranty then also I'm getting irritated with every time new issue coming.once the warranty will be over then it Will be irritating as well as expensive for me And this has been constant till now, then how can I expect that this problem which is occurring every time will be resolved after warranty is over and my purifier will work smoothly. I don't think that the company has proven it's value and Live up to my expectations with this company.being true I never thought the company's device will cause me such inconvenience as I thought of better quality products from KENT. so now I want replacement for the same product asap or I want refund of money. I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.
