Product: KENT SUPEREME 0% water wastage in RO purifiers Serial no: KR[protected] Engineer Visited: KRISHNA KUMAR I have Kent RO (Serial no kr[protected] but am very dissatisfied with Kent customer service. Latest example is complaint no.[protected] made on Oct. 31 that system is not working remains unfixed to date despite repeated complaints over 4 times. As a result, He replaced membrane but the result was that the wastage water increased 5 times . I said to engineer KRISHNA KUMAR, this product have 0% water wastage and now the wastage water is increased 5 times. Even he does not know about the product and argue with me. I was shocked he is certified engineer by KENT or not. Now every time he visited make the false statement. Now the problem even bigger wastage water is over flowed from Kent and sparred in kitchen. It will take too much time to fill. Please get the problem rectified immediately and ensure action against people who are spoiling Kent's reputation. Thanks. Was this information helpful? | |||
