Kent RO Pearl — "TDS NOT SET ON NEW PURCHASE OF MACHINE" | |||
Dear Sir, I had purchased kent RO Pearl on 08/03/15.Serial no-KR[protected]. When machine was installed TDS was not set by the engineer.He told that machine is new. After 2 or 3 day's call customer care.They will come and set TDS. I had register 3 complain with Customer compain.But no visit is done. 1st complain no is-48195, 2nd no-75030. and 3rd no[protected]. when i call to customer care they use to say our system is on update so please give every detail of ma chine and adress. we are not able to check previous detail and give me a new complain no.
