Kent RO — Poor quality of service | |||
Hi Team, After repeated follow-up with your customer service, I am fed up and approaching you as an escalation point of contact. In case, I need to approach any other teams, let me know the email ID's. Problem - My Kent Purifier has repeated issue for almost 3-4 months now. I approached your service centers (Sri Harinithi Enterprises and Omkara Enterprises) listed on kent.co.in based on the service centers as per postal codes. Recently I came to know that we should approach through KENT Customer server and raised escalation tickets[protected] and[protected] but still no one turned up to fix the issue for me. Very poor service my ro was not working engineer came and taken Rs. 4050/- and change the membrane still not working i had complained thousands time no body turned up please look upto the matter. very sorry for such a big company
