[Resolved] Kent RO — replace ro membrane | |||
You might come up with advertisements, but your customers are not aware that they are going to be charged beyond their expectation. Aquaguard is far better in terms of quality and item guarantee. My service request[protected] states that i have to replace ro membrane, whereas the same item was replaced end of nov 2018. Your product lasts only 3months? Unbelievable, i dont run a hotel here, its a normal house with two members in it. Certainly not happy to replace ro membrane for 2500/- for every 3months. When service tech visited in nov 2018, the purifier had crossed 10months. Due to clogging, he could have first replaced sediment and carbon filer, whereas he replaced only ro. Keeping the clogged sediment filter, ro has now gone faulty within 3months. Kent wants me to pay for new ro membrane which is just loot. Was this information helpful? | |||
