[Resolved] Kent RO Systems — Replacement for our RO Membrane which got obsolete within 4.5 months | |||
I am Murali kumar R, residing in Triplicane, Chennai 600005. This is my number [protected]. I got my Kent RO serviced only 4 months back by replacing RO Membrane, Sediment and Carbon filters. But again I have got the problem in my RO and the technician is telling that my RO membrane has got blocked. The rate of the RO membrane is Rs.2500. How can we be able to change our RO filters once in three to four months. The other brands RO filters(like Eureka Forbes) are coming for around 1 year, if not for atleast for 10 months. When we approached the kent service center in chennai, they say that they can change the RO filter within warranty only if it gets obsolete within 3 months. They themselves are accepting that the life of the RO will not come for a year or so. We need a replacement of our RO membrane without cost because we cant bear the cost of 2500 for every 4 months. It is upto to them to provide a good quality membrane and sediment and carbon filters. Atleast they should manufacture the candles according to the quality of water in the city.
