Kesineni Travels — Bus cancelled & amount not refunded | |||||
I booked one ticket in Kesineni travels. In the 11th hour they have cancelled the bus& they informed that you will get OTP to cancel the ticket. From past 10 days I'm chasing with their customer care executives. Always they are telling Servers issue. Will get the OTP in next 2-24hrs. But as of now I haven't receive. Customer care executives is not taking complaint & they are not transferring the call to their superiors. They are telling that they don't have any superiors to transfer. And they are not giving the money back. I sent 3 mails to their management. No one has responded. In their site I sent feedback. Even though there is no response. If they don't want to respond I don't know why they are sharing the mail Id's & putting option to give feedback. Seems this travels is running with this type of money only. i booked 2 tickets on29 .01.2016, for Tanuku to Hyderabad, at kesineni online . Then tickets not confirmed . But they collected Rs1206/-from my account through debit card .Then i asked on phone they tolled me, the amount will return you within 4days. But today also amount not returned. 1month 10days over.so please send my amount as early as possible . My order no.F37984., Order dt.29.01.2012. my phone no.[protected]. my email; [protected]@gmail.com.so please return my money.
Kesineni Travels — Bus Delay
Bus from Chennai to Hyderabad is delayed by 45 minutes. I booked two tickets in Kesineni travels. Hyderabad to Madurai and Madurai to Hyderabad on March 22, 2017.ticket got cancelled by KESINENI TRAVELS and they have not informed us also about the cancellation.
Now for the past one month continually followup’s made thru mail and phone. Still my amount is not refunded,

I sent so many mails nearly 10 mails to their management. No one has credite the amount . In their site I sent feedback. Even though there is no response. If they don't want to respond I don't know why they are sharing the mail Id's & putting option to give feedback.
Seems this travels is running with this type of money only. I haven't seen such type of irresponsible management.
