They did not call me when the bus starts from pune(wakad). All the other services will get a phone call when the bus starts, these the guys had not call to me. How ever i call to the customer care and ask the bus driver contact details and ask him the bus status.he simply said the bus is already crossed the pune city. see how careless it is? and immediately i tried to cancel the ticket from paytm, but no use. its not allow to cancel the ticket.
