Dear Sirs, I have booked 1 Bus Ticket on 22.1.15 from Vijayawada to Hyderabad by Kesineni Travels for 29.1.15 and later cancelled due to some problem and booked another ticket for the same day and also journey performed. The cancelled ticket of PNR AD218C is still not received by me as the same was online payment of my account of SBI. Already 10 days passed the helpline people are not giving correct information.
