[Resolved]  Kohinoor — received sample refrigerator peice from the showroom

I, MR.Jeevander Jain voucher no. BNR1571567 had booked samsung refrigerator of 600 ltr.side by side door from the kandivali branch kohinoor dated 25/10/2014.i received a damage peice on 4/11/2014 and after complaining replacement was done but the peice we receiived on 7/11/2014 was sample peice which is kept for the customers as a demo in the showroom.So no i demand for a fresh petty pack peice in replacement of the sample peice.We have a proof of dummy amul butter box which was kept in the refrigerator we received on 7/11/2014.
