I purchased top load samsung washing machine on 2.10.2021 with full down payment from borivali west branch which was delivered today at the evening. But after arrival i found that the boxing was already loosen and seems it was already opened. After unboxing i found that there was a dent on the washing machine which I informed that delivery guy and requested him to return it to the showroom and send me fresh non defected product. Then that guy immediately tried to open that machine from back side in front of me to repair that dent so that he can able to delivered it to another customer. I strongly objected on that and told him not to open it and send him back. It's a cheating with customer. Pl take strict action against such persons.
