Hi, I sold my gold in komparify Order ID :[protected] but I got a mail from them like bank details are incorrect. I have given my paytm bank details which are 100% correct but they said they were incorrect. So i mailed and contacted them with my other bank details but no reply from them. Only thing I am getting is a mail that the transfer has failed. They neither not responding with my bank details. I didn't getting any reply from them. Please have a look my issue. Please transfer my money to given bank account either Paytm Payments Bank or ICICI Bank.
