I made on online data recharge on my nhttp://www.https://www.consumercomplaints.in/new_complaint/ [protected]. The amount was RS 916 for MTS 3G data recharge. It was done online. The amount from my bank account was deducted instantly but the data pack for that amount was not added on my number. I made this recharge on 18/12/2015. I demand immediate refund or .do the needful

wtf i had done the reacharge of rs 57 of net pack from online the amount has been deducted but still the reachrge is not reached to my mobile. this is fraud to meee either do the payment immediately or refund me ASAP.
