I got the Subscription for Google Adwords from the company for 3 months. The company committed to given the below services: - I am registered for 20 Keywords - All 20 keywords will be active 24 * 7 for the duration of the agreement - The promotion will be done all over india on google adwords. Its not State Specific. - All 20 keywords will be used for promotion in parallel. - Below are the keywords that will be used for promotion: Water Purifier, Aquaguard Ro, Kent Ro, Ro Water Purifier, Kent Water Purifier, Aquaguard Water Purifier, Eureka Forbes Water Purifier, Aquaguard Ro, Ro Membrane, Tds Meter, Aquaguard Water Filter, Ro Filter, Filmtec Membrane, Water Filter Cartridges, Ro Spares, Ro Service, Csm Membrane, Ro Booster Pump, Ro Adapters, Concern: - The promotion is not being done 24 * 7 as committed. - All the Keywords are not being used for promotion in parallel When I check and complain to them they activate the keywords for some time and then after some time the keywords are again deactivated. I have sent them many mails regarding the issue but they have not resolved the issue till now. Its taking a lot of effort for the follow up with them and I do not have the time for that. I want my full amount get refunded. Thanks Atin
