Subject: Complaint against Samsung India Electronics Pvt Ltd, A-25, Mohan Cooperative Industrial Estate, New Delhi 110044. I bought Samsung Galaxy GT-P3100TSEINU Tablet mobile Phone from Samsung's Authorized Dealer: Star Mobile Ltd, G-26, South Extension Part-I, New Delhi 110049 and paid Rs.21000/- in cash against Retail Invoice No. 3502 Dated[protected]. The Phone was billed under the Product Serial No. [protected]. For the past 3-days, I have been trying to register my product on the following Website of Samsung for online support and to draw 1-year product warranty: http://cybersvc2.samsungcsportal.com/cyberservice/csc/product/register.jsp?local...⇄ But the registration is being denied with comments " Incorrect Product Serial Number". There is no Product Serial Number mentioned any where on the back side of the tablet phone as is being suggested by Samsung to claim authenticity of the product. The Serial Number [protected] appears on the label pasted on the packing and also in the memory of the Tablet Phone under the head: as "IMEI number" of the Tablet Phone Therefore, does the denial of the onsite product registration is for the reason that this is a Grey Market Product on which No Customs Duty and Service Tax has been paid to the Government? Step 1- Visit to http://cybersvc2.samsungcsportal.com/cyberservice/csc/account/login01.jsp?locale...⇄
Step 2- Click on Sign Up Now.
Step 3- Fill all entries like E-mail, Verify E-mail, Password, Verify Password, First Name, Last name, Date of Birth, Country, Post Code, Street, City, Home Telephone Number, Mobile number and click on "register" option.
Steps 4- Now enter your product’s Model Number, Serial Number, Date of Purchase and click on “register” and then “Sign Out”.
Step 5- Now visit to below link:

Step 6- Enter E-mail ID & Password & click on "log in" option.
Step 7- To add a new product click on “New product registration”.
Step 8- Now fill purchase date, model name & serial number & click on “register”.
Note- Serial Number of Galaxy Tab2 is available on the sticker attached on the back panel of the Tablet.
