This is to update that, I have approached executive for Enquiry and processed the booking to him but actually it should be done with customer care . I have not known the process and hence I have faced the problem. After liasing with customer care all my problem been sorted and currently I am fine with service. They are providing the services too ...I am continuing the service ....
