Letmedeals — money refund

Please help..I want my money back thats it. Don't want to complain in consumer court and all that legal things. If that's done, .Iam ready to withdraw the complain..

Dear All,

Letmedeals is a fraud company. Do not entertain their calls. I had also got call from them from [protected] - Priya, but when I asked her few cross questions she refused to answer and cut the call. Long back I was also caught in to such fraud but legally it was resolved and got my money back but that was GlobelSkyShop. And this time it is Letmedeals. They may be same group who does this kind of frauds all over. So please be aware and do not let them entertain them. Those who have lost their money I would suggest to go for consumer complaint and get it resolved.

I think you all are like a fool...how can you do that?

Its Fraud company (that's what I think so). Shraddhau and my self we are sealing in the same boat.
I am chasing the company since 13th April, we have exchanged few email and calls, They your amount would be refunded, but don't see any chances of the same.
Please suggest what to do.

Dell &HP laptops
and you just need to pay the government tax which is of Rupee's 13998
after one month of the delivery.
But while registering on their site only they askd us to fill the card
details and amount gas been deducted. I am in continuous follow up with
the site members on phone and they says you will get the refund, but no
mail or msg has arrived from them. please help me in this case.

@ Nilesh: Who called you? Do you have the number for them and email.

1) File a Customer Dispute Form with your Bank so that your money can be reverted
2) File and FIR against them
3) Do a follow up with them on email (as a proof)

I have the problem of cheap material received and didn't got the free gift which was promised as i had mentioned already in my compaint. Yesterday i received the call after a month from them that they going to replace the materials and will send the gift just i have to write a NOC mail to them. but till now i have not received further phone call and the nos are coming as switched off, Mr. Saurabh Sharma had called having mob.nos as [protected] / [protected], Mail ID - [protected]@letmedeals.com. Pls suggest what to do now?
