Levi's India — Debited amount from account two times and not refunded

Sir I have purchase a Levis men's black on 18 Dec 16 from Levis, GIRIDHAR MARKET GUWAHATI.The purchase details are following

But the amount debited from my SBI account two times and not refunded the additional amount .The SBI transaction details are following
1)18 DEC 16 POS PRCH-POS[protected] LEVIS, GUWAHATI Amount - Rs:3699.00
2) 18 DEC 16 POS PRCH-POS[protected] LEVIS, GUWAHATI Amount - Rs : 3699.00

Therefore I want to clarify the additional debited from LEVIS authority .Thank you.
