Levi's India — Item missing from the order

I've ordered 4 items from the Levi's website and got only 3 of them in a single package. Waited for the 4th one but it is showing as 'delivered' in the order section. I wrote an email to the customer care. They have audacity to tell me that I haven't responded to their email when it was me kept writing emails asking about updates. My order is prepaid so, my money is gone and no product or atleast update from them. Worst customer care possible!!
