I had ordered 2 pairs of Jeans from your website, but both had fitting issues. So, I raised a return request for both.
Order no 518152 - Return request was raised on 29.12.23 and it was picked by your delivery partner on 30.12.23. The refund has not been credited yet.
Order no 518225 - The return request was raised on 29.12.23, but it has not been picked up by your delivery partner yet.
You are requested to update on the above two issues on priority, as both my calls and emails are getting unanswered.
