Levi's India — Ordered product from Levi's Website - Payment processed but they show the order was not successful and now not processing refund

I placed an order with the Levis Website the payment was processed but they show the order was unsuccessful. I raised a concern with Levi's about the order, they mentioned that it would be refunded within 7-10 Days. Today is the 13th Day I have not received any refund yet. I tried to reach customer care, but they are not responding.
