It’s been more than 2 months that my return package was picked up and yet the refund amount has STILL NOT been paid back to me. I returned 2 jeans as both were too loose and did not fit. I followed all protocol while returning the product, checked that the delivery boy had proper photos of both products he was there to pick up and also gave otp.
I tried contacting your team multiple times with absolutely no response. They never pick up calls and do not respond to emails. The 1 time someone picked up my call they said they will check the status and immediately refund my money but nothing has been done and its been 1 week since that as well. This is completely unacceptable.
