Levi's India — Refund not received

I had placed and order for 3 jeans from levi.in on Tue, Nov 21, 2023

I placed a return order for 1 jeans and the order has been picked up from my home on Sunday 26th November and I have received reverse pick up acknowledgement also.

Levi confirmed receiving the return order at their warehouse

I still have not received my refund despite numerous call and emails. No action is taking place and this is the worst customer care experience till date.
