Levi's India — Return or refund status

I have ordered two highwaist jeans from levi's India on 27th November 2023 but got a Mid Waist jeans means different style. So very next day I raised a return request and my product was picked up successfully on 1st dec 2023. And sent back to the seller after 2-3 days I received a return confirmation email as well. I have sent a number of emails to Levi's India customer care on their email add - [protected]@levi.in but they didn't reply and sent my refund back. And also there was one number[protected] written on the website. I am calling this number but not receiving. Please help me to get my refund amount of Rs 2034 against order.
