On December28 I have purchased a denim shirt from a Levi's store in ranchi.
Just after making the purchase when I started using it one button got damaged so I asked them to exchange.
That was a manufacturing defect so they agree on exchanging it, but as it was, as they said out of stock, so they asked me to wait for some days. They refused to give my money back, when I asked for it.
When I visited the store on December 30 in evening, I found the product on 20% discount.
So, shouldn't I be given the discount now and the discounted amount be returned.
Moreover they also shown me the mail, they send for exchanging it. But surprisingly date of mailing was Dec 30, the same day when the product came on discount. Was this information helpful? |
