Hi i had given the phone for service at kh road lg service center Bangalore. Complain RNA[protected], i had provided all the information about the issues i was facing. I had also informed that if the issue is not resolved i will not accept the detected piece. But the advisor told the issue is resolved after keeping the phone under observation for 2 days. The initial issue of the wi fi direct is still not resolved. When i select a file to send it doesnt give me wi fi direct option... i didn't pay so much for a defective piece of phone????... i don't care what u do and how u will resolve this but i don't want a defective piece... because of this phone i have faced lot of issues. On top of that 2 days without a phone,
After service i got is the same old phone with the same issue...i am not sure how many times i have expressed my dissatisfaction against LG... I need a replacement of the phone or i will take tgis further... :(I am not sure if the 3 issue is even addressed... Was this information helpful? |
