[Resolved]  LG Electronic India — DISAPPOINTED FOR MY NEW LG REFRIGERATOR AND FROM AFTER SALES TEAM.

Dear sir, I have purchase my LG Refrigerator on dated 28/3/2014 Model No.M No.GL 205 KAGS ASO and INVOICE NO. SINDRA-06506 from sargam electronics, indrapuram. from the very first day i m nt at all satisfied from its cooling. and with my observation of 3-4 days i reported my complaint to lg customer care vai sargam relationship executive and ur engineer who is supposed to come at our house next day was very unprofessional and irresponsible he commit us so many times to come but on his time of commitment he never shows up and nt even answer our cal nd that makes us feel very bad. nd really make us to think abt our decision to chose lg.and somehow we make him come to visit us and that to was very unsatisfactory and he has giving us illogical examples of by cycle and was totally illogical and we were really unsatisfied nd we were feeling like that we r fool and really our expectations from this brand in quiet high and he has advised us to use stabilizer and we are using that to from last 15 days nd observing it well and still we are not satisfied with it and as per him if after using stabiliser we would have not satisfied then they will take my refrigerator to their workshop to check it and will cal us to check our refrigerator their workshop. i mean i got a feeling that you guys think we are lieng. and could not believe his words that we hav to come to see our refrigerator there. i mean had we done some mistake by buy your refrigerator. i mean if cant satisfy ur then please dont scare us. nd things a part i never thought that brand like lg hav such such a after service and that type of product outcome. and this problem i m getting from the very first day. this is not first time we are using refrigerator nd nor even its our first time for lg refrigerator its my 3rd lg refrigerator so i know it well how ur product works and what outcome should it gives. my problem which is stand still is that my cooling in refrigerator is not satisfactory on any setting. and this problem is from the very first day. so please show some kindness nd plz dont let us feel that v get fooled. and please i[censored] can solve our problem asap or else please get this replaced because we dont want to get troubled anymore and dont want my food to get spoiled any more which is happening since i bought this refrigerator. and i just want you guys to know that when we planed to by new refrigerator the only thing we know that we hav to for lg bt that trust is missing somewhere rite now. with warm regards, sonal sabherwal [protected]. sonal.[protected]@gmail.com address- b-14, jaibharat enclave, oppst. lajpat nagar police station, Sahibabad, Gaziabad, U.P.
